When You Fill Out Your Form To become A Member You Must Accept All You See On This Page Concerning Conduct And Club Function.
1. You will Proudly Wear Your Firebird Club Of Canada Membership Shirt Too All Events you Attend with your Firebird Unless You Are There To represent Your Local Firebird Club?
2. Represent our Club with Respect for all Our Members – – Disrespecting Any Club Member In Public or On-Line – Can Cost You Your Membership?
3. You Must Be Loyal To Your Club – Your Members And Especially Those who Hold Positions in Our Club, When You are Not, You Damage Our Membership and Our Club.

Our Club Is Now Firmly Anchored to “Make A Wish Canada”, so what does that mean for our Members when it Comes to Protecting our Brand When wearing Our Club Shirt.
It means when you become a member and put on our Club Shirt you represent our Club and Make A Wish Canada and you are expected to do so with honesty, integrity and respect to everyone, not just our members. I challenge all our Members to be the Best Club Members they can be when Representing your Club and Make A Wish Canada.
Creating or Joining Another Firebird Club
A Club Can Not Rise To It’s Highest Potential With An Invisible Leader. Leadership means Leading – Service – Dedication and Sacrifice and Most Of All Club Loyalty. Without Club Loyalty, you simply Are Not a Good Club Member.
PROVINCIAL CHAPTERS
All Provincial Chapter Presidents are appointed by our founder and National President, Murray McMillan. Following their appointment, each Provincial Chapter President undergoes a one-year probation. After this period, they will assume full and complete control over their respective Provincial Chapter.

Provincial Presidents – Vice Presidents
All Provincial Presidents are Appointed By The Club Founder And National President
You can Only Be Removed By Majority Vote Of Your Provincial Club Members.
If or when a Club President passes or steps down an Election must be held within 60 Days.
Any Member can submit their intent to run for Chapter President. All votes are Anonymous and sent to the National President for verification of the winner by Facebook Direct Message.
All Elected Presidents have a 1 Year Probationary period after which a survey of your members will decide if you stay or if another election will be held to replace the President.
Presidents Mandate: Organize an annual Provincial Bandit Run Hosted Soley by the Club to raise Money For Your Provincial Make A Wish.
Keep your Facebook group for Firebird related content only. Monitor and approve or decline posts according to the Facebook Group rules.
Protect our brand and our association with Make a Wish Canada.
Keep your Facebook group Active and interesting so members feel they have a home and want to participate.
Your Chapter is one the same as every Province and your members when wearing your Club Shirt Represent to Countries members.
Vice Presidents
You are Appointed – Replaced and Removed When Necessary, by Your Chapter President To Make Sure All Our Presidents across Canada Have The Right People Who Support Them With Loyalty and Dedication. This Will Always Insure The Members Are Best Served And Their President Has Someone standing With Them And Not against Them.

How To Build A Successful & Active Provincial Chapter
TO ALL CHAPTER PRESIDENTS : IMPORTANT – You have work to do with the help of your V.P. ‘s ,so choose them wisely. Your Mandate is to hold your Own Provincial Bandit Run. This could be as simple as organizing a cruise at the local Tim Hortons to start. All Provincial Chapters Will Raise Money For Their Provinces Make A Wish by setting up a Make A Wish Fund raising Page at Canada Helps.
Make sure to choose mature , grounded individuals who will help and not hinder your Chapters Growth. Each Chapter President is expected to choose the person best suited to working with him to build your chapters.
Murray McMillan , will provide all your Firebird Club Of Canada Member Shirts and background check all potential New Members Canada – wide , as I do now.
Only Canadian Firebird Owners & Their Family Members can become Firebird Club Of Canada Members .When one family Member becomes a Club Member , their entire immediate family becomes a member and can order and wear Our Firebird Club Of Canada Member Shirts.
